Keyword search results display in order of relevancy while all
other searches display in alphabetical order.

Sorting a Titles List
The display order of a Titles List can be changed by sorting by
Title, Author, Earliest
Date First, or Latest Date First. Sorting
by date is most commonly used.
For example:

Printing Records from a Titles List
You can save information about the current records displayed.
To save information about specific records:
1. Mark the record(s) you are interested in by clicking in the
white box on the left. A checkmark will display.

2. Click Selected on Page in the
Records column.
3. Select the format in which you want to download the record(s):
Full Record, Brief Record or EndNote Citation.
4. Click Format for Print/Save to save the record(s).
This allows you to save the records to your computer or a disk,
or format for printing.
Or
Enter your email address in the box and click
Send to email yourself the records.
Or
Click Add to Saved Items to add the records to
your own personal list. This will require you to Login.
Note:
- To select items from several pages you MUST click Retain
Selection before you move to another page
- Click Selected all Pages to
save information about all records
- Click All on Page
to save information about all of the current records
- Click Clear Selection to clear
the checkmarks from all of the currently selected titles
