Viewing your details

My Details

includes Personal Information, Messages, Items Borrowed, Request Information, and Fines and Fees. Access your Saved Items file, your Search Preference settings and any Saved Searches from this screen.

To access My Details

1. Click My Details

2. If you have not already done so, you will be asked to login.

viewing My Details

Personal Information contains your contact information.

Click

My preferences

to customise how you search the catalogue, and register for the Txt Service

Click

Saved Searches

to view and edit a list of your saved searches

Click

Saved Items

to view and edit a list of saved items

Messages contains important information for you from the Library.

Borrowed items lists those you currently have on loan and their due dates. You can renew items yourself.

To Renew items

  1. Click the Renew? box beside the item title
  2. Click Renew Items

Note: Click Reset to clear checkmarks

 

Request Information can display two boxes if you have placed item requests.

  1. Requests Pending contains details about the requested items including: request expiry date, queue position, and status.
  2. Items Available informs you when your requested items are available and contains details including: availability expiry date, and pickup location.

To Cancel Requests

  1. Click the Cancel? box beside the item title
  2. Click Cancel Requests

    Note: Click Reset to clear checkmarks

Fines and Fees contains details about any fines and fees that you owe the library including the amount and type of charge, payments you have made and the current balance.

 

Protect your privacy

To protect your privacy always click either

Exit button
or
Logout button

when you have finished using the Catalogue
